There are some people asked me how old I am and when I told them,they said they cannot believe that I am way older than what they have thought.They said I look young for my age,and it is so flattering to be hearing those kind of thoughts.Well,I really do not know if what they're saying is true but if it is the only secret I have and the only secret I am using to look young is that I am always laughing.I love to laugh,it makes me feel so good.Laughing is also good for the health,have you noticed that when you laugh loud and hard,you'll be starting to sweat which I think is good.I really believe in the saying that laughter is the best medicine,that's why when I know somebody who's not feeling well,I try everything to make them laugh because I know it's gonna make them feel good.
