Lechon For Breakfast
Last night my son and I went to a friend's house. She invited us over for dinner because her husband just came home for his r&r. I was really happy when I saw the lechon baboy (roasted pig) it's been so long since I last ate it.
I am so happy that I was able to take home some lechon and that is what I ate first thing in the morning. The lechon tasted really good and it was really cooked so well. I still have some left over and that's what I am going to eat for lunch and dinner.
