Used Fitness Equipment

I have been going to the gym but I stopped when my son got out of school. I really want to continue working out but I don't know how because nobody will watch my son and I don't want to pay a babysitter. My husband told me to just work out at home, I guess it is a good idea. I already got a threadmill and I need more fitness equipment. I will look online for used and cheap fitness equipments, I hope I can find one, Goodluck to me!

Time To Sweat

I am going to the gym in a minute to work out and enjoy the sauna. I have not gone in the gym for three days now because I wanted to stay home and be with my family on the weekend and then yesterday my husband and I had to attend a meeting with my son's teacher, speech therapist and assistant principal.

I've been eating like a pig these past three days so I really have to go to the gym today and work out really hard. Well, I wish you all a very good day or night. Thank you for the visit...Later peepz! :)

Feeling Oh So Good!

I am feeling oh so good. I just got home from the gym. I never thought I could sweat like I did today. I was on the threadmill for almost an hour and then stayed in the Sauna for an hour. I was really hurting while running on the threadmill but I had to pushed myself. My husband told me that if there's no pain, there's no glory! I really am thankful for having a very loving and supportive husband. Well, I am going to take a shower now because I gotta pick up my son from school in 15 minutes. Have a nice day you all!

Love going to the gym and sauna

I am really sweaty right now because I just home from the gym.I go to the gym always everyday because I am trying to lose weight.I really feel good right now because I have been sweating a lot,sauna really helps a lot!I really love staying in the sauna,the hotter the better!!!but of course I do not stay straight for very long because I don't wanna pass out or anything.Whenever I got to the gym or sauna,I make sure I drink a lot of water so I won't be dehydrated.Well,I got to go for now and do my stuff.Thanks for reading!
