Chicken Afritada
My husband came home this lunch and found no food.I told him I got too lazy to cook food for lunch,so he just ate the left over food from last night,I know I am being a bad lazy wifey today but I am going to make it up to him and our son tonight.I am going to cook chicken afritada which is one of their favorite Filipino foods.I wanted to eat caldereta but I forgot to buy beef meat last time we went grocery shopping so I am just going to make chicken afritada since I got all the ingredients needed for it,thank God!I hope my son and husband will love the food I will be preparing tonight and I hope they will eat a lot and finish all the food that I am going to cook!hehehe :)
