Summer Safety Tips

It is really hot this time of the month.So,I am going to share some safety guidelines to stay healthy and happy through the hot summer!

First,you have to wear sunscreen to protect your skin from the sun's harmful UV rays,use sunscreen with a minimum SPF 15 every day.Second,you must cover up!You should wear protective clothing and hats when you are out in the sun.Third,seek shades when the sun's really glaring,especially between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m.Fourth,protect your eyes!wear sunglasses with UV protection.Firth,protect your lips!lips can never be tan,but they easily burn.Sixth,you gotta stay indoors as much as possible.Seventh,drink plenty of water regularly and often!Our body needs water to keep cool and to prevent heat cramps.Eight,eat small meals and eat more often.Avoid foods that are high in protein,which increases the body's metabolism.
