Employee Of The Month Programs
I have a co-worker who is always asking our manager if she will give us awards or certificates for being a great employee. We always tease her and make fun of her but the truth is she's right. Giving awards or certificates to those hard working employees and appreciating their hard works are really important because it would really inspire the workers.
I am going to tell my manager about these employee of the month programs and see what happens. I am very sure that she would learn a lot with these programs and she could apply it at work.
